Girls Varsity Captures Pacific Hills League Title!
With wins this week against Irvine HS (2-0) and Sage Hill HS (4-0) the Uni Girls Varsity team secured the Pacific Hills League title! In the Irvine game Jade Fiumano and Krista Mendevil scored; and in the Sage Hill game, goals were scored by Relle Remmer, Leili Farboud, Brianna Liu and Rama Abdellatif.
In the Tuesday game against Irvine HS, goalie Jesse Niedwick notched the shut-out; and in the Thursday game Jesse Niedwick and Neva Coskun split time in the nets for the shut-out win over Sage Hill HS.
The Trojans will be playing the in first round of the CIF-SS playoffs. Their first round game will be against Western Christian HS at University High School on Thursday 2/8/24. Game time is 5PM, come out and cheer them on!
