Uni Girls Beat Portola 2-0

1.19.24 - The Uni Girls Varsity beat Portola HS 2-0 at home. The teams were tied 0-0 at half-time, but then in the second-half the Trojans took the lead 1-0 on a banger from distance by Leili Farboud. Uni's mid-field and defense was solid throughout and held off every run Portola threw at them. Then deep into the second-half Jade Fiumano drove down the right side and fired an arcing shot from the corner and sailed it over the Portola goalie.

The next game is Senior Night at home vs. Sage Hill on Monday 1.22.24; game time is 5:30PM.
